She was predeceased by: her sister Yvonne Heredia. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Brooks and Naomi Brooks; her husband Steven Giroux; her children, Tyonna Brooks, Kiara Brooks, Ashley Brooks and Krystyne Brooks; her grandchildren, Ashton Brooks and Scarlyette; and her sisters, Alicia Brooks and Mickey Brooks.
