She was predeceased by: her husband Walter "Butchie" Rapoza; her parents, Alan Adams and Anna-Mae Adams (Sullivan); her child Anna-Mae "Tammy" Simmons; and her siblings, Alan "Chubby" Adams, William "Billy" Adams, Diane Alden and Ann "Pinkey" Parton.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Samantha L. Simmons of East Providence; her great grandchild Londyn Mae Barbosa of East Providence; and her sisters, Donna Estrella and Caroline Green of Riverside.
