She was predeceased by : her father William Whitehead. She is survived by : her mother Karen Santos (Thurber) of Riverside; her daughters, Hayley Bourgault of Riverside and Talyah Brum of East Providence; and her sister Regan Potrzeba (Jason) of Riverside. She is also survived by niece and nephew and several cousins, aunts and uncles.
