She is survived by: her children, Thomas H. Phillips Jr. (Isa) of Cumberland, Joseph R. Phillips of Barrington and Bethany R. Eastwood (Michael) of Riverside; her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Jared, Hannah, Rose, Emma and Laura; and her sister-in-law Fran Hockenhull.
