She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph F. McCauley; her parents, Joseph Carrara and Cecilia Carrara (Vietry); and her brother Joseph Carrara Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Joseph K. McCauley (Debby) of Johnston, Brian W. McCauley (Linda) of East Providence, Mark F. McCauley (Susan) of Rehoboth, MA, Kathleen M. McCauley-Swenson (Charles Swenson) and Nancy E. McCauley of Riverside. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandson.
