He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Luz Maria Diaz of Pawtucket; his siblings, Hector F. Reyes-Diaz (Kayla Gomes) of Pawtucket, RI, Jose A. Reyes-Diaz of Pawtucket, RI, Andre A. Almodovar of Pawtucket, RI and Karla M. Hinds (Rashad) of Warwick, RI.; his stepfather Carlos Almodovar; his grandmother Adelina Figueroa of Philadelphia, PA.; his caregivers, Carl, Helen Sorrentino of Riverside and Beth Andre, RN; and his friend Elizabeth.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Martha Church (2595 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914).
