She was predeceased by: her parents, George Howard Jr. and Joyce Howard (Griffin); and her siblings, Novella Pettiway Daniels and George W. Howard III. She is survived by: her close friend Daniel Kelley; her daughters, Chantae Howard of Bangor, ME and Caresse Howard of North Providence, RI.; her sister Diana Reels of Rumford, RI; and her grandchildren, Aaron, Malia, Heaven, Reuben, Kymani, Elijah, Javien and Ikaia Howard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
