He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Carlsen and Esther Carlsen (Carlson). He is survived by: his son Timothy Green of North Carolina; his granddaughter Paige Green of New York; and his brothers, Kenneth Carlsen of Riverside and Raymond Carlsen of Warren. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
