He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert T. Boulais and Christina Boulais (Duffy); and his siblings, Ernest, Norman, Albert, Theresa, Dorothy, Edna, Rita and Joan.
He is survived by: his wife Janet I. Boulais (Godin); his children, Robin A. Collins (Richard) of Warwick, Sandra A. Turgeon (Brian) of Portsmouth, Kathleen A. Savard (Stephen) of Agawam, MA, David W. Boulais (Kristin) of Riverside and Louise A. Potvin (David) of Warwick; his sister Mary Incerpi of Attleboro, MA; his grandchildren, Fia, Kellyn, Ashley, Candra, Nicholas, Stephanie and Cody; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Grace, Liam, Matthew, Mallory and Mila.
