He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Cromwell and Gladys F. Cromwell (Elsey); his siblings, Nathalie Hareld, Bernice Jackson, Anne Mitchell and Harold "Porky" Cromwell; Carole Cromwell (Peck).
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl M. Cromwell (Lipscomb); his children, Kelly E. Cromwell of Odenton, MD, Raymond E. Cromwell of Waldorf, MD, Russell A. Frye of Knoxville, TN and Nicole R. "Nickel" Frye of Lusby, MD.; his brother William H. Cromwell of Randallstown, MD; and his grandchildren, Colton Parker, Gianni Thompson, Cheyenne Cromwell, Kimberly Cromwell, Madison Cromwell, Xander Cromwell, Lacey Frye and Hailey Frye. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.
