He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred D. Jovin and Henrietta Jovin (Angers); his granddaughter Vanessa; and his brothers, Alfred Jovin and Roland Jovin.
He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Perez of Providence; his grandchildren, Anthony, Austin and Amanda; his sister Rita Kunburger of Tennessee; his aunt Ann Marie; and his niece Monique of Maine.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rebello Funeral Home & Crematory (901 Broadway, East Providence, RI 02914). A prayer will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Notre Dame Cemetery (359 Daggett Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02861).
