Johnson (Giacobbi); his daughter Kristen Smith (Erick) of East Providence; his grandchildren, Micah Smith and Kairos Smith; his niece Tracee Johnson; and his nephew Robert E. Johnson, IV.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
