McGill of Saunderstown, Rhode Island, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on July 13, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl D. Shiner and Elizabeth Shiner (Welsh); her sister Anita H. Weston; and her granddaughter Emily H. Otrando. She is survived by : her children, Julie A. Brunelle (William) of Warwick and Brian H. Otrando (Michaela) of Cumberland; her brother David Shiner; and her grandchildren, Chris Costa, Artie Brunelle and Nathan Otrando.
