With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mariann E. Millette of Saunderstown, Rhode Island, born in Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 16, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband William Millette; her parents, Thomas D. Cerio and Maryrose Cerio (DaRosa); and her siblings, John Cerio, Edward Cerio, Thomas Cerio and Josephine Zarella (Cerio).

She is survived by : her children, William Millette Jr. (Lisa) of Coventry and Michaele Gauthier (Leo) of Narragansett; her siblings, Anges Geer, Joseph Cerio and Robert Cerio (Jean); her grandchildren, William Millette III (Amy), Joseph Millette (Kristen Frady), Daniel Gauthier and Emily Gauthier; and her great grandchildren, Ryden Millette and Freya Millette. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mariann came into my life as an email penpal some 13 years ago when i asked for help on a website about my daughters food intolerance. We became firm friends and our emails bounced back and forth for many years, before life got busy and somehow we lost touch.
