He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert D'Agostino and Antonetta D'Agostino (Passarelli); his sister Pauline Montaquila; his siblings-in-law, Frank Smith, Ruth Mattoon and Mark Wainwright; and his parents-in-law, David A. and Elizabeth Macdonald.
He is survived by : his wife Jeanne A. D'Agostino (Macdonald); his son David M. D'Agostino; his daughter-in-law Dory; his daughter Elizabeth D'Agostino; his granddaughter Alexandra Dwyer; his siblings-in-law, Ronald and Debra Montaquila (Bouffard); his aunt Mildred "Millie" D'Agostino (Bertuglio); and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth McDonald, Kathleen, William Bartlett, Arthur, Laina MacDonald and Isabella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
