She was predeceased by: her husband Marcel A. Richard; her parents, Stefan Gawek and Josephine Gawek (Karzeniowska); and her brother Charles Gawek. She is survived by: her children, Ivette Fantasia (Thomas) and David Richard (Terri); her grandchildren, David Richard Jr. (Jen), Katherine Fantasia, Matthew Fantasia, Zachary Fantasia, Felicity Fantasia and Luke Fantasia; and her great grandchild Brayden Richard.
