He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Doyle and Pauline Doyle (Werner); his wife Mary Doyle (Carmody); his granddaughter Mary Carmody Calise; and his daughter-in-law Paula Doyle.
He is survived by: his children, James P. Doyle (Catherine), Martin J. Doyle, Mary T. Marcello (Joseph), Patricia A. Calise (Salvatore), Kathleen M. Kerr (James) and Shiela Ann Slaback (Dirk); and his brother Raymond Doyle. He is also survived by grandchildren; 19 cherished great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Winfield & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory (571 W Greenville Rd, Scituate, RI 02857). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (144 Danielson Pike, Scituate, RI 02857). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (959 Nooseneck Hill Rd, West Greenwich, RI 02817).
