He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam A. Cunniff; his parents, John G. Cunniff and Marie M. Kelly; his siblings, Marjorie Donnelly and Robert E. Cunniff; and his grandson Alex P. Cunniff.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Cunniff (Deborah) of South Kingstown, John Cunniff of Foster, Paul Cunniff (Claudia) of Foster, Patricia Morneau (Michael) of Sterling, CT and Jennifer Pelis (James) of Newton, MA.. He is also survived by his 12 grand children and 8 great grandchildren.
