Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Paul for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. Paul’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences he brought to the world.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary A. C. Fallon; his friend Greg Tucker; his parents, Alberta V. Marshall Hartrey and William A. Hartrey of Leominster; his daughter Amanada C. Hartrey; his granddaughter Delilah V. Honan; his son-in-law Tim Honan of Richmond, California; and his sister Bonnie Hartrey (Darius L. A. Ford).

He and Mary moved to Westerly, Rhode Island in late 2019, just before Covid terrified the world, to care for Mary's mother.
