He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Joseph McNeil Sr. and Loretta Anne McNeil (McDonnell); and his sister Kathryn McNeil. He is survived by: his wife Terry McNeil (Young); his children, Kerry Blanchard (Neil) and Brendan McNeil; his grandchildren, Emma Blanchard, Morgan Blanchard, Zachary Blanchard and Brianna McNeil; and his sisters, Lori McNeil and Anne Mcneil.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association.
