Alice T. Chakuroff Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 28, 2026, at the age of 96, Alice T. Chakuroff (Smithfield, Rhode Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Alice is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Alice's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Chakuroff; her parents, Murray True and Madeleine E. True (Lovering); and her sisters, Helen "Bird" Ballas and Barbara Greger.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy L. Phelan (Robert) of North Scituate, Cynthia J. Brady (John) of Greenville, Russell J. Boyle (Rhonda) of Glocester and James A. Boyle (Deborah) of Mount Chase, ME.. She is also survived by grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
