She was predeceased by: her husband Edward N. Falls; her parents, William Germain and Beatrice Germain (Lamothe); and her brother Richard Germain. She is survived by: her sons, Michael W. Falls (Joyce) of Smithfield, Stephen E. Falls (Erin) of Smithfield and David R. Falls (Kristen) of Hamden, CT.; her grandchildren, Kaitlin, Kailey, Ryan, Dylan, Lauren, Meghan, Haley, Chloe and Tyler; and her pet Zoey. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
