Costa (Joe) of Smithfield, Paul R. Monfils of Coventry and David M. Monfils of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Eric Costa (Lisa), Kerri Walthers (Kevin) and Dreue Monfils (Ana); his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Audrey and Madeleine Walthers; and his siblings, Roland Monfils of North Providence, Richard Monfils of Warwick and Doris Jacquard of Harrisville.
