He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Selema and Bertha Selema (Koziol); and his daughter Darlene Selema-Leddy. He is survived by : his son Robert J. Selema (Nicole); his siblings, John Selema, Alice Ross and Betty Ricci; and his grandsons, Jared and Jacob Selema.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Neill Funeral Home (3102 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Saint Stanislaus Kostka (174 Harris Ave, Woonsocket, RI 02895).
