He was predeceased by: his wives, Marie T. Francoeur (Seminara) and Maureen A. Francoeur (Henault); his parents, Armand Francoeur and Beatrice Francoeur (Savoie); and his son Scott Francoeur.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Bowler of Northford and Keith Francoeur of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Chelsea Bowler, Zachary Bowler, Delanna Francoeur of Smithfield and Nasly O'Connor of Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Monte Bowler and Victoria O'Connor of Lincoln; and his children-in-law, Pilar Francoeur of Smithfield, Leo Bowler and Jaye Francoeur of Smithfield.
