He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel B. Follet and Helen P. Follett (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Danielle Siena; his sons, Scott B. Follet Jr. and Cristian Anthony Tanzi (Follett); and his sister Jennifer R. Follett-Tribou (Danielle).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Maceroni Funeral Home (1381 Smith St, North Providence, RI 02911). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (639 Mt Pleasant Ave, Providence, RI 02908). A committal service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Ann Cemetery Church (73 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Scott's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
