He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel B. Follet and Helen P. Follett (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Danielle Siena; his sons, Scott B. Follett Jr. and Cristian Anthony Tanzi (Follett); and his sister Jennifer R. Follett-Tribou (Danielle).
