He is survived by: his spouse Allison M. Lemos (Downs); his daughter Jillian E. Wiggill (Elijah) of Jonesville, NC.; his parent-in-law Francis Downs; his siblings-in-law, Lauren, James Hoard and Francine Larsh; his nieces, Kendra Velez (Gian), Leah Hoard (Zane Robidoux) and Jenna Larsh; and his great-nephew Leon Velez.
