She was predeceased by: her father Harry Schwarzer; and her brother Jerry Schwarzer. She is survived by: her mother Audrey Schwarzer (Miller); her husband Theodore "Ted" Polak, Sr.; her children, Heather Weesner (Jason), Theodore Polak, Jr. (Tanya) and James Polak (Mary Ellen); her grandchildren, Abby, Madelyn Weesner, Declan, Thea Polak, Jack and Audrey Polak; and her siblings, David Schwarzer and Lisa Krell (Schwarzer). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
