She is survived by: her husband Bill Johnson; her daughters, Sarah Watts Martin (Robert Martin) and Susan Watts Buchanan (Chris Buchanan); her stepson Carter Johnson (Erin Johnson); her grandchildren, Zoe Chinn, Conner Chinn and Declan Johnson; her siblings, Joseph Mack (MaryAnn Mack), Mark Rast, Michael Mack (Orysia Mack) and Patricia Mack; and her aunt Cora Davies. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Catherine "Kay" Johnson to support cancer research and patient care; or to HopeHealth.
