He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lurgio and Dorothy Lurgio (Carmell); and his sister Carol McHale. He is survived by: his wife Peg (Mahoney); his sons, Michael Lurgio (Jennifer) and Jonathan Lurgio (Luana); and his grandsons, Will, Jack, Adam and Harrison.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home (88 Columbia St, Wakefield, RI 02879). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (53 Rockland St, Narragansett, RI 02882).
