She was predeceased by: her parents, William Whitney and Ellen Whitney (Dias); her siblings, Beverly Ann Harris and Rosemary Hastings; Patricia Jean Collins and Bruce Whitney.
She is survived by: her husband Robert V. McLaughlin; and her children, LeeAnn Hooper (Mark), Robert W. McLaughlin, Susan McCabe (late James) and Laurie Ramaker (Sam). She is also survived by grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
