He was predeceased by: his grandson Zachary Woods. He is survived by: his wife Anita F. Doak (Lussier) of South Kingstown, RI.; his children, Julia Woods of Exeter, RI, Dennis Doak (Kevin) of Newport, RI, Donna Daggett (Jim) of Middletown, RI, Denise Turner (Chet) of South Kingstown, RI, Michael Doak (Darlene) of South Kingstown, RI, James Doak (Erica) of South Kingstown, RI, Sue Souto (Mario) of Middletown, RI and John Doak (Keli) of Exeter, RI; and his sister Evelyn Hanson of Menifee, CA.. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hope Hospice.
