He is survived by: his son Peter; his wife Anna; his daughter Suzanne Laffely; his grandchildren, Isaac, Elizabeth, Forrest and Anna; his children, Katherine Horoschak (James Flattery) and Christopher Horoschak (Heather); his grandchildren, Braxton and Gabriella; his son Michael Horoschak; his grandchild Jordan; his sister Patricia; and his brother-in-law David Kurowski.
In lieu of flowers, our family welcomes memorial donations to Wounded Warrior Project in honor of Peter Horoschak.
