She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Hazard and Pearl Hazard (Stanton); her husband James Peter Spiver; and her siblings, Mason Hazard, Reginald Hazard, Robert Hazard, Rachel Santos and Richard Hazard.
She is survived by: her children, James E. Spiver (Lisa) of East Providence, Pamela J Spiver of Providence, Jeffrey A. Spiver of Providence and Paula A Jett (Spiver) of Cranston; and her siblings, Caroline Perry, Evangeline Delves of Providence and Lorenzo Hazard of East Providence. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren.
