He is survived by: his daughters, Geraldine Tetreault (Paul) of Exeter, Kimberly Ellsworth of Richmond, Michelle Ellsworth of South Kingstown, Tammy Northup (Louis Jr) of South Kingstown and Andrea Holland (Jason) of Charlestown. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
