With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Sprague (South Kingstown, Rhode Island), born in Newport, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 16, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles F. Milliken and Donolda Milliken (Fisher); her former husband Norman Sprague; her sisters, Florence Milliken and Eva Mott; her sons, Edward F. and Arthur N. Sprague; and her granddaughter Kerri L. Bessette.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Bessette (William), Harold (Loreen Sprague) and Doris Morse (C. B. Morse); her daughters-in-law, Laurie Sprague and Patricia Sprague; her niece Sue-Ann Milliken; her grandchildren, Scott Bessette, Daniel, James Sprague, Connor Morse, Jordan Sprague, Paige Clark, Harry, Alex, Westley, Brea Sprague, Tahira Haughton and Nicoshia Spence; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Oliver, Eleanor Bessette, Luciana Sprague and La'vel McTaggart.
