He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Rockwell and Dorothy Rockwell (Gagner); and his brothers, Dennis, Bruce and Basil Rockwell.
He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Rockwell (Holland); his children, Elizabeth Rockwell, Stephanie Makuch (Matthew) and Basil Rockwell III (Lauren); and his grandchildren, Stephen Makuch, Carter Rockwell, Basil Rockwell IV and Charlotte Rose Rockwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
