He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine A. Osborne (Levesque); and his parents, Lester C. Osborne and Rita Osborne (Cutting). He is survived by: his children, Dr. Catherine DeCesare (Joseph DeCesare), John P. Osborne, Dr. Matthew Osborne, Elizabeth Osborne (Patrick Hart), Patrick Osborne (Barbara), Gregory Osborne and Jennifer Emhoff (Timothy Emhoff); his grandchildren, Catherine DeCesare (Caite), Thomas DeCesare, Emily DeCesare, Caroline DeCesare, Mara DeCesare, John P. Osborne III, Alyce Osborne, Nathan Hart, Meghan Bruton (James), Rachel Schramm (Zach), Darren Osborne, Lauren Osborne and Owen Mueller; his great grandchild Gabriella; and his sister Sydney Smith of Philadelphia.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Auclair Funeral Home (690 S Main St, Fall River, MA 02721). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Theresa Church (265 Stafford Rd, Tiverton, RI 02878). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at the Our Lady of Fatima Cemetery (80 S of Commons Rd, Little Compton, RI 02837).
