Osborne, Dr. Matthew Osborne, Elizabeth Osborne (Patrick Hart), Patrick Osborne (Barbara), Gregory Osborne and Jennifer Emhoff (Timothy Emhoff); his grandchildren, Catherine DeCesare (Caite), Thomas DeCesare, Emily DeCesare, Caroline DeCesare, Mara DeCesare, John P. Osborne III, Alyce Osborne, Nathan Hart, Meghan Bruton (James), Rachel Schramm (Zach), Darren Osborne, Lauren Osborne and Owen Mueller; his great grandchild Gabriella; and his sister Sydney Smith of Philadelphia.
