She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Murphy; her parents, Francis Arruda and Idelina Arruda (Rodrigues); and her stepsons, Mark and Brian Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, David Gomez, Stephen Gomez, Robert Gomez (Peggy), Timothy Murphy, Kevin Murphy and Kathleen Murphy (Jennifer Perry); her stepdaughter Robin Murphy; her grandchildren, Tara Gomez, David Gomez, Bobby Gomez, Tabitha Lequin, Dakota Gomez and Heather Metts; and her pet Rosie. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
