He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilfred Chouinard and Laura Chouinard (Berube). He is survived by : his wife Shirley Chouinard (Bertoncini); his children, Stephen Chouinard (Deborah) and Lori Wood (Robert); his grandchildren, Christopher Chouinard, Nicole Carreiro (Chouinard), Alyssa Wood and Brittany Wood; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob, Julia, Isabella, Tyler, Alexander and Samuel; and his sister Annette Chouinard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
