He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lassen and Hannah Lassen (Christensen); his wife W. Frances Lassen (Wareing); and his close friend Cecelia Materia. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Patricia Benson (Donald), Jean Gaouette (Paul) and Carolyn Carpenter (Danny); his stepgrandchildren, Eric, Danny, Nicole, Alyssa, Ryan and Michelle; his brother-in-law Richard Wareing (Richard) of Mullica Hills; and his sibling's children, Marc Wareing and Julie Reiling.
