He was predeceased by: his parents, James Reilly and Catherine Reilly (Bowe); and his brother James F. Reilly (Hannelore R. Reilly). He is survived by: his wife Ann Reilly (Galligan); his children, David R. Reilly Jr., Elizabeth A. Fogarty (Colin Sr.), Kathleen A. Fogarty (Brendan Sr.) and Michael P. Reilly (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Bridget, Colin Jr., Molly, Ryan, Brendan Jr., David III, Lauren, Madison, Raeghan and Connor; and his great grandchildren, Casey, Charlotte, Carmella, Keegan, Callahan and Colin III. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Rhode Island in David's memory.
