We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2023, at the age of 98, Elizabeth L. Phillips of Wakefield, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her spouse G. Morgan Phillips; and her parents, Dr. Ernest R. Latham and Violet Latham (Gray). She is survived by : her daughters, Deborah P. Crary (Jeffrey) of Wakefield, Suzanne P. Hangasky (John) of Ludlow, MA and Elizabeth G. Rogers of Newport; and her grandchildren, Kristin Tisdale, Kyle Wilkinson, Karin Hamel, Troy Wilkinson, Elizabeth Gelinas, John Hangasky III, Lauren Manuel and Jacqueline Reilly. She is also survived by spouses and eighteen great-grandchildren.
