Hazard and Eric Hazard; his children, Marcel Hazard, Dominique Hazard, Danielle Hazard, Everett "LeFle" Hazard, Jasmine Hazard, Yvette Hazard and Tydra Hazard; and his nephews, Rodney (Bookie), Marcus and Storm. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
