Gerald E. Carignan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2025, at the age of 90, Gerald E. Carignan of Wakefield, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donat Carignan and Florence Carignan (Beaudoin); his brother Donald Carignan (Jan); and his grandfather Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Carignan (Economou); his children, Jerry Carignan Jr., Doug Carignan, Lisbeth Clark (Alan) and Barbara Carignan (Craig Medwid); his grandson Shane Carignan; his great grandchild Kylie Guadagni; his stepdaughters, Lori McClain (Mark), Carolyn Evangeline and Lesley Fastovsky (David); and his grandchildren, Kate Borrero (Michael), Jenna Morlong (Tyler), Christian Frangos, Olivia Frangos, Naomi Fastovsky and Marieke Fastovsky.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church (175 Oaklawn Ave, Cranston, RI 02920). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Walnut Hill Cemetery (200 Armistice Blvd, Pawtucket, RI 02860).
In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Church of the Annunciation.
