He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Intravia and Irene Intravia. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ann Intravia; and his children, Morgan Intravia, Marissa (Michael Loring), Robert (Tori Harris), Kelly Stairs (Walker Hartz) and Darcy (Kyle Uustal).
Donations may be made in John's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, St. Joseph Indian School, or St. Labre Indian School.
