She was predeceased by: her husband Milt Walberg. She is survived by: her children, Kristin Urbach and Stephen Walberg (Kelley); and her grandchildren, Kayleen Walberg, Riley Walberg, Kelsey Urbach and Kallie Urbach.
A devoted tennis fan and avid player herself, she requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the U.S. Tennis Association Foundation, whose mission is to combine tennis and education to change the lives of underserved youth.
