He was predeceased by: his wife Miriam Campbell (Turco). He is survived by: his children, Serina Casey and Gavin Casey; his grandchild Juhree Casey; and his siblings, Debbie Milby, Dennis Campbell, John Campbell and Rebecca Ferrell.
