He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxamillion P. Blaszkowski and Helen M. Blaszkowski (Falat); and his brother Andrew Blaszkowski. He is survived by: his close friend Nancy A. Tucker; his sister Maxine; his nieces and nephews, Stephen, Cari, Steven, Susan and Michael; his son Tom; his great-nephew Shea; and his brothers, William, Aidan and Dylan.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Avery-Storti Funeral Home (88 Columbia St, Wakefield, RI 02879).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nancy Tucker Nursing Scholarship in Nursing or the Thomas Blaszkowski Scholarship in Pharmacy and may be mailed to the URI Foundation, PO Box 1700, Kingston, RI 02881.
