We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2025, at the age of 83, Albert J. Tavares Jr. of Warren, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Tavares Sr. and Mary Tavares (Barboza); his sister Arlene Peters; and his great grandchild Addison. He is survived by: his wife Cathryn J. Tavares (Perry); his daughters, Lori A. Andreozzi (Paul) of Webster, MA and Audrey L. Scott (David) of Warren, RI; his grandchildren, Bryan, Mitchell, Kathryn and Mason; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Dominic.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Visiting Nurses of Rhode Island Home and Hospice, 438 East Main Rd. Middletown, RI 02842.
